Your information is used solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange and conduct therapy sessions, and fulfil my professional and legal obligations. I will never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Confidentiality

Everything shared within therapy sessions is held in strict confidence. The only exceptions are where I am legally required to disclose information, or where there is a serious risk of harm to you or others. I follow the BACP Ethical Framework.

5. Data retention

I retain client records for a minimum of 7 years after the end of therapy, in line with professional guidance. Contact form submissions are retained only as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry.

6. Your rights
